In the Khorezm region it has been carried out a reconstruction of mud fort of XVII century Ulli-Hovli (Big Yard), in accordance with the regional tourism development program for 2013-2015.
As a result of this work the ancient fortress, located a few kilometers from Urgench, became a full-fledged tourist complex, which includes the old mill and farm, which contains the camels, horses and poultry.
The complex has all the conditions for tourists – here can be demonstrated national customs and traditions, folk games, Kurash competitions, concerts and theatrical performances. Guests will be able to see the process of making various national dishes and enjoy them.
Just last year, Ulli-Hovli accepted more than 1,000 foreign tourists. This year is expected to increase this figure to at least double.
