Margilan to host International Folk Music Festival

On July 11-13, 2019, Margilan will host International Folk Music Festival “Buyuk Ipak Yuli” (Great Silk Road). It will be attended by guests from about twenty countries, such as China, South Korea, Malaysia, Russia, Turkey, France and Tajikistan.The festival will cover nominations such as vocal art, dance art, national ancient folklore instrumental art.
Press Center of the festival and greatsilkroadfestival.uz website was created at the initiative of Fergana regional department of the Creative Union of Journalists of Uzbekistan. Here visitors can become familiar with information in Uzbek, Russian, English and Arabic about essence and importance of the festival, its participants and programs, news within the event will be constantly covered and videos about the festival will be posted.
