Uzbekistan pays particular attention to the consistent development of culture and the arts, effective organization of activities, strengthening the material-technical base and human capacities of institutions of culture and art on the basis of in-depth and comprehensive study of best practices and trends, achievements and results on a global scale.
The report of the President of our country Shavkat Mirziyoyev, during a recent meeting with the creative intelligentsia of Uzbekistan defined specific tasks in this direction, put forward important proposals and initiatives for the development of culture, literature and art. A series of decrees and resolutions of the head of state were adopted to ensure their implementation.
One of those documents is Presidential Decree “On measures for further development and improvement of the activities of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan”.
The regulations specify important tasks to ensure full development of musical art, which occupies a very important place in expanding the horizons and enhancing spiritual and aesthetic education of our people, especially young people.
The Decree approved the Program of measures for further development and improvement of the activities of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan, the new structure of the educational institution, the composition of the Republican Commission for the implementation of this Program.
The Program envisages concrete measures to raise the cultural level of the youth, introducing the best examples of national and universal culture, upbringing harmoniously developed personalities with high spirituality, devoted to the national idea and ideology.
