Tashkent hosted international scientific-practical conference “Modern approaches to the improvement and development of energy production. Alternative Energy”.
Experts from the energy industry in Germany, China, Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, France, South Korea and other countries attended in the event organized by the joint venture of “Uzelektroapparat-Elektroshit”, reports National News Agency UzA.
At the opening of the conference, it was noted that today development of production of electrical energy and use of alternative sources is of great importance. Uzbekistan pays special attention to increasing in the volume of electricity and the introduction of new facilities. It has been conducted work on modernization, technical and technological re-equipment of the energy sector, economical use of electricity, more efficient use of energy resources.
Participants discussed issues of innovative solutions in the construction of new objects and modernization of existing power facilities. There were also heard reports about the development of new electrical products for various industries, energy and agriculture. At the end it was held productive exchange of views on future directions in the development of alternative energy sources in Uzbekistan and the world.
