On the regular conscription of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan to military service and transfer of military personnel, who have served specified terms of service, to reserve of the Armed Forces

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On universal military duty and military service”:

  1. To conscript in February-March 2016 for military service citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan of military age who do not have the right to draft deferment.

Citizens, who fit to bear military service and do not qualify for deferral and exemption from it, but are not conscripted into the Armed Forces in the course of current conscript, to be enrolled in the mobilization conscription reserve.

  1. To transfer military personnel, who have served specified terms of service, in March-April 2016 to reserve of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  1. To assign control over the implementation of this Decree to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.Mirziyoyev and Secretary of the Security Council under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan V.Mahmudov.
