This task is set for the Ministry of Education in the State program – “Year of healthy mother and child.”
To develop a fundamentally new order of organization of Academic Competitions among students based on a thorough analysis of the existing system of their arrangement. Particular attention in development of new regulations will be given to two directions. Firstly, to improving the mechanism of selection of the best gifted students to participate in international competitions. Secondly, conditions for preparation for international competitions with participation of the leading experts and educators will be created for the winners and the students shown high results.
So, traditional academic competitions will become a completely new event. They will serve to identification and support of the gifted children, and development of their abilities.
