Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on August 17, 2015 approved the Regulations on the State Commission for admission to educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, informs norma.uz.
Regulation does not apply to the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Banking and Finance Academy, as well as international, foreign higher educational institutions and branches of foreign universities in Uzbekistan.
The commission will be approved by the Decree of the President of the country.
Its objectives include the coordination of work on the formation of quotas for admission to higher and secondary special, professional educational institutions for the upcoming school year to ensure objectivity and reliability in the selection of candidates and students to study, define and improve the forms and criteria for evaluation of their knowledge, the establishment of points for admission and others.
