The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan is conducting systematic work on judicial protection of rights and legitimate interests of business entities.
For the first quarter of 2018, the Chamber received more than 9,300 appeals from business entities regarding the protection of their rights and legitimate interests.
Based on the received appeals, in the interests of business entities – members of the Chamber, more than 11 thousand writs were introduced for a total amount of 1.09 trillion sums and 17.6 million US dollars, of which more than 8,600 were fully satisfied.
As reported by the CCI Press Service, in 162 cases disputes between business entities were resolved peacefully through the institution of mediation (pre-trial settlement of a dispute), with participation of the Chamber.
