As previously reported, a film crew of CCTV-7 State TV channel of China has arrived in Uzbekistan and shot a program about gastronomic features of national cuisine, tourism opportunities and potential of the country. The group visited Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva for filming cooking process of national dishes.
A documentary film about Uzbekistan’s national cuisine was prepared with the support of the State Committee for Tourism Development, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Embassy of China in Uzbekistan. Recently, this film was broadcasted on CCTV-7 channel. According to the Chinese side, 150 million people viewed the film.
According to the State Committee for Tourism Development, currently, the Embassy staff is translating this documentary film and then this video will be transferred to Uzbekistan mass media.
