CHUNG HOSPITAL TO BUILD MEDICAL CLINIC IN UZBEKISTAN

The leadership of the Ministry of health of Uzbekistan held a series of meetings with the heads of leading hospitals in Korea, including “Gachon University Gil Medical Center in Incheon”, “Myongji Hospital in Seoul”, “Corporation medical leaders”, “Chonnam National University Hospital in Gwangju” and “Chung Hospital”.

The parties discussed a wide range of issues, in particular, telemedicine, two-way exchange of experience, holding master-classes in Uzbekistan by leading Korean experts, organizing training of Uzbek doctors and students in Korea, as well as issues associated with the construction of high-tech and modern hospitals in Uzbekistan.

Following the talks, the parties agreed to sign relevant agreements and memoranda of understanding between the Ministry of health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the relevant hospitals in Korea.

Following agreements were reached and memorandums of understanding were signed with leading Korean medical institutions:

– “Chung Hospital” – construction of medical clinics in Uzbekistan;

– “Corporation medical leaders of the” – two-way exchange of experience, holding master-classes in Uzbekistan by leading Korean experts, improving the training of Uzbek doctors in Korea;

– “Gachon University Gil Medical Center in Incheon” – two-way exchange of experience and development of telemedicine;

It is expected to sign 2 agreements with “Myongji Hospital in Seoul” and “Chonnam National University Hospital in Gwangju”.

Negotiations were also held with the Minister of health and welfare of Korea.
