In Namangan, the regional phase of the contest “100 best innovative projects of women of Uzbekistan” has taken place.
The event was arranged by the association of female inventors of Uzbekistan and the Women’s Committee of Uzbekistan.
It was especially noted at the event that in this country a great deal of attention was paid to supporting women entrepreneurs, raising the social activeness of women and helping them implement their innovative ideas and initiatives in the sphere of technologies.
“The goal of the contest is to encourage female scientists’ and entrepreneurs’ endeavours,” says the chairperson of the regional association of female inventors at the regional women’s committee, Aziza Turgunboyeva.
At the contest, female scientists, entrepreneurs and students displayed innovative projects in such spheres as medicine, sport, science, pre-school education, entrepreneurship, agriculture, national craftsmanship, tourism and social issues.
It should be said that these projects are noteworthy for their economic and social significance.
The winners made it to the republican phase of the contest.
