Regional stage of “Young artisan – continuer of traditions” competition was held in Namangan.
The event, organized jointly by Namangan regional council of the Union of Youth of Uzbekistan, regional branch of “Hunarmand” association and department of public education, is aimed at further development of folk crafts, applied arts, ensuring youth employment through training them in national crafts.
At the competition, more than 200 young artisans demonstrated their skills in 13 different directions.
