Cooperation of Joint-Stock Company “Uzbek Republican Commodity Exchange” and Agency “Uzstandard” will simplify the procedure of registration of transactions concluded on the stock exchange, www.norma.uz reports.
Changes have been made possible thanks to the development and implementation of a software product that allows to establish an inter-agency communication. So, specialist exchanges will be able to independently verify the certificate of conformity of the goods. As a result, customers can not provide certificates of conformity for products when you make transactions. This applies to exchange and electronic trading, including government and corporate procurement.
Additional convenience implementation of a software module that data on conformity certificates are automatically synchronized with the electronic module of the Arbitration Commission, which will also facilitate the procedure for dealing with controversial issues on execution of stock exchange transactions.
These measures will reduce paper documentation on the stock exchange. The software product is designed to create additional facilities for small business and private entrepreneurship in the electronic trading.
