“Master and apprentice” exhibition, where works of a woodcarver Gulomjon Yuldashev and his students is presented, has been opened at Tashkent House of Photography.
Activities carried out in Uzbekistan on further development of folk handicraft, folk applied art, creation of conditions for workers of creative professions are giving their results.
G.Yuldashev has for many years engaged in woodcarving. The works of his students, indicate that they have not only thanks to the mentor mastered all the secrets, but also have developed their own style.
Houseware, decorated with unique carved patterns, “Struggle”, “Contest”, “Joy of life”, “Cloudless childhood” compositions that are presented at the exhibition, visually demonstrate the continuity of traditions of the national handicraft.
