Expert-analytical group under the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan

A competent implementation of information-analytical activity of state authorities is one of the important stages in development of the country and implementation of large-scale reforms.
A permanent expert-analytical group of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development is being established this year in order to improve the efficiency of the state authorities within the framework of implementation of Presidential Resolution PR-3628 of March 29, 2018 “On measures for improving the efficiency of expert-analytical activities of the state authorities”.
Representatives of ministries and agencies, UNWTO expert, Advisor to the Chairman of the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan S.Badak (Turkey), invited expert on tourism issues Ch.Lee (South Korea), representatives of tourism and consulting companies and the mass media, as well as compatriots in foreign countries are included in this group.
According to the resolution, the group’s tasks will include information-analytical support and expert-legal support of activities carried out in the state authority within the framework of implementation of the Action Strategy on five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021 and the concept of administrative reform in the Republic of Uzbekistan and practical assistance in implementation of reforms and mechanisms of actual implementation of the adopted normative legal acts. The focus will also be directed to development of innovative ideas, introduction of proposals for improving legislation, simplification of procedures for provision of public services and elimination of bureaucracy, red tape and other administrative barriers, as well as introduction of modern methods of management, constant study of international experience and foreign legislation with development of proposals on acceptability of implementation of its results in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
According to the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, citizens can address their suggestions and wishes to any member of the council through social networks. Due to the fact that the council gathered representatives of different fields, the information will be used for qualitative analytical activities.
