Festive Mood in Every House People of Samarkand region is also actively preparing for the New Year holidays. The central streets of districts and cities, parks and culture building are being decorated festively. The New Year trees mount and cultural programs as well as trade fairs are being organized.
Regional theatres and amateur art groups contribute to festal preparations with their holiday programs.
“The region’s theatres, variety association “Uzbeknavo”, cultural and recreation centres are responsible for organizing holiday programs for each square of Samarkand city,” says the head of the Regional Department of Culture and Sports Kamoliddin Mizomov.
In all regions and cities organized festive fairs of agricultural products in connection with the New Year celebrations. Announced contest in such nominations like “The most beautiful New Year tree”, “Beautifully decorated building” and “Well-equipped establishment”. During the holidays in Samarkand scheduled to hold confectioners’ festival “Samarkand Sweets”.
All the necessary conditions for New Year celebrations in every corner of the region and in every house are being created in high spirits.
