The demand for gas cylinders produced at Uzbekistan – China joint venture operating in Kokand – “Shaffof metan sanoat” LLC, is growing. Capacities of the enterprise allow to produce 100 thousand cylinders a year, quality and safety of products are guaranteed.
In our country, special attention is paid to modernizing production, attracting investment, expanding the production of import-substituting products. Many new projects have been involved since the beginning of the year in Fergana region, on the basis of measures developed in this direction. In particular, a promising project has been implemented in “Shaffof metan sanoat” LLC, based on the introduced modern technologies.
During the trip to Fergana region on June 22-23 this year, the President of our country visited the company, got acquainted with projects that are being implemented and gave instructions on reducing the cost of production, doubling production, training specialists. Over the past period, necessary measures have been developed in the company and their implementation is being ensured.
Construction activities were carried out in free premises of the old “Kukonmash” plant. Due to investments in the amount of 5 million dollars, the production of cylinders for compressed and liquefied gas has been expanded.
70 people are employed at the enterprise, activities are also being held on installing gas cylinders, manufacturing additional spare parts.
