The Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan to ensure a high quality of specialists training imposed restrictions on the possibility of training as external students at public higher educational institutions of the country, reports Uzbekistan Today.
Under the law, higher education in state universities of the country provides preparation of highly qualified specialists and has two levels – undergraduate and graduate. Education a bachelor degree has a duration of at least four years, and a master’s degree at least two years.
Previously, students were able to exercise their right to education as an external student, allowing them to reduce the education deadlines. Now imposed restrictions for this norm. For Master’s externship canceled and for undergraduate education approved a list of education areas in which training can not be external. The restrictions were all areas of education, educational process on which involves classes in specially equipped laboratories and is accompanied by the passage of mandatory qualifying practice in the workplace.
