India’s experience to be used in project implementation

Electronic Government System Development Center hosted a meeting with representatives of the National Informatics Centre of India (NIC).
The guests became acquainted with activities carried out in the sphere, interactive public services provided to the population, as well as the One ID system and the birdarcha.uz public services portal.
Joint projects that are planned to be implemented, one of which is implementation of Big Data in Electronic Government system, were discussed. This project envisages creation of a software module that will serve to determine dependencies in a stream of fragmented information.

Another project is introduction of IaaS and Saas cloud technologies into e-government infrastructure based on such Indian technology products as S3WaaS (government website management), Manav Saparanda (electronic manager), Darpan (console for analytical review of projects).
Experts from India expressed their readiness to assist in implementation of these technologies, using their experience.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed on phased implementation of projects within the framework of the joint roadmap.
In addition, within the framework of this visit, a workshop on activities of NIC was held for the Center staff. The guests informed about Digital India project, shared their knowledge and skills on improving the e-government system with the help of advanced technological solutions, as well as experience in providing transparency for improving the efficiency of public administration system.
