The Foreign Ministry completed work on the creation of modern storage depository of international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan. There is optimal climate for the long-term and careful storage of documents in the room, equipped with the latest technology. Particular attention is paid to fire safety.
Storage method is based on international experience and gives you quickly access to any of the nearly 4 million documents, which are deposited to the Foreign Ministry in accordance with the law “On International Treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan.” Work is implemented with technical assistance of UNDP.
At the same time, National legislation database (Lex.uz) in the part of the international treaties of Uzbekistan is improved in common with the Ministry of Justice. At present, the website contains some 1,200 international treaties of Uzbekistan concluded in 1991-2015 years.
