On June 27, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin held a meeting on the sidelines of the Eurasian Economic Union summit in Minsk.
The current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation were discussed.
Special attention was given to the practical implementation of agreements reached at the highest level.
The sides expressed satisfaction with the ongoing joint efforts to ensure the positive dynamics of mutual trade turnover, the advancement of priority cooperation projects, the maintenance of productive interregional contacts, and the intensification of cultural and humanitarian exchanges.
