Over the first quarter of 2016, the listing commission of the Uzbek Republican Commodity Exchange (UZEX) held 15 session, during which reviewed 337 appeals for the inclusion of products in the exchange’s quotation list. Following the results of these sessions, the stock market has been replenished with 330 standard contracts that is 42 contracts more than in the same period last year, according to the press service of UZEX.
Among the new commodities that successfully passed the listing procedure is copper strip, manufactured by JSC “Uzmetkombinat”.
The aggregate amount of sales of products included in the exchange quotation list comprised 79.6 billion soums, which is 73% higher than was in the first quarter of 2015.
The listing commission is a permanent body of the exchange dealing with the listing and the adoption of the decision on the admission of products to trading.
