The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a meeting with the delegation of the People’s Republic of China led by the head of department of the Ministry of Justice Jian Xiangping.
At the meeting with the head of International legal department of the Ministry of Justice, J.Nuriddinov, reforms in Uzbekistan that are being carried out in the sphere of justice, notary, the importance of studying foreign experience in this direction were considered.
The mechanism for implementing activities outlined in the Roadmap for cooperation between the ministries of justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the People’s Republic of China in 2018-2020 in the sphere of legal services was considered in detail.
Views were exchanged on joint analytical activities in the field of improving provision of legal services to individuals and legal entities, studying arbitration and investment law of the two countries.
Following the meeting, the sides exchanged views on issues of further strengthening of cooperation.
