On February 20, 2018 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan, Ismatulla Irgashev, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic, Violen Biyet de Vilmore.
Issues of the Afghan settlement were considered. In particular, the sides exchanged views on the upcoming international conference on Afghanistan “Peace process, cooperation in the sphere of security and regional interaction”, in Tashkent.
