On December 22, 2014 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with the vice-rector of the Baltic International Academy, professor Inna Stetsenko.
I.Stetsenko, visiting in Uzbekistan as an international observer in the December 21 elections to the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis and local councils of people’s deputies, spoke about her impressions from observed polling stations. She noted the active position of citizens of Uzbekistan, who participated in an important political process of elections of the lower house of parliament.
During the meeting it was discussed issues of cooperation between educational institutions of Uzbekistan and Latvia.
