The Minister of Labor Aziz Abduhakimov met with a delegation of the National Assembly of Korea, headed by the chaiperson of the Environment Committee and Labor Kim Jung Ju.
Labor Minister told the guests in detail that the Uzbek government attaches great attention to employment issues, protection of labor rights and creation decent working conditions for the population.
Guests, in turn, informed the minister about the purpose of the visit, the work of the National Assembly, about respect for the rich culture and heritage of Uzbekistan.
Following the meeting, parliamentarians from the Republic of Korea promised to continue to provide assistance to bilateral cooperation, including on issues of labor migration, creation of professional retraining system and improving employment services, taking into account the advanced Korean experience.
