New homes for young families

Apartments in the new “youth house” that has been built in Mirzo Ulughbek district of the capital city are for young people who have achieved success in various spheres.

In this country, priority tasks are always the provision of comprehensive support for young people and the creation of opportunities for them to get education and jobs in various spheres.

Projects being implemented in this area help young people display their knowledge and potential for doing scientific work and achieve success in their workplaces.

Modern and affordable homes are being built in accordance with a resolution dated 8 September 2014 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan on measures on further support for the provision of housing for young families actively participating in the country’s public life.

In the past year of 2017, multi-storey apartment buildings consisting of nearly 200 apartments were built for young people in all the districts of the capital city. These apartments will be provided for young families actively participating in the country’s public life and achieving big successes in such spheres as science, education, culture and sports.

These homes are provided without a down payment on a preferential credit granted for a period of 20 years.

The event was attended by representatives of the Tashkent city council of the Uzbekistan youth union, the parents of young family members and active people of the neighbourhood.

“I was very glad to learn that an apartment had been provided for the family of my son Abrorjon,” says Samad Hushmurodov living in Bahmal district of Jizzakh Region.
