The 9th International Power Uzbekistan 2014 exhibition will take place from 13 to 15 May at the Uzexpocentre exhibition complex in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The exhibition is organised by ITE Uzbekistan and their partners ITE Group of companies.
This business platform demonstrates the great potential for development and modernisation in the energy industry of Uzbekistan, provides the latest information about the state of the industry around the world and offers the opportunity for the exchange of experience and productive meetings and negotiations.
Nearly 50 companies from Germany, Kazakhstan, China, Korea, Russia, Turkey, Uzbekistan and France will be exhibiting this year.
The exhibitors will present all of the products necessary for the energy industry.
As always, companies from the Russian Federation lead the way in terms of total exhibition space and the range of products on offer. 20 Russian companies will exhibit this year, including producers of products for electrical engineering, high voltage polymer and glass insulators, cable accessories, electricity measurement and metrology equipment, transformers and hydroelectric power plants. Major Russian companies at the exhibition will include EKG Concern, ELECTROTECHNIKA, DIAMECH 2000, ISOLATOR, LAIZ, LVOV ISOLATOR COMPANY, ENERGOSFERA, SVEL, SZTT, SILOVYE MASHINY, SOYUZELEKTORACTOMATIKA, STROYDORMASH, ENERGOMASH and other well known companies.
Companies from China will present transformers, generators, electrical engines, and will include CHENGDU ANDISOON MEASURE CO., LTD, JIANGSU TONGGUANG OPTICAL CABLE CO., LTD., SANBIAN SCI-TECH CO.,LTD, PINGGAO GROUP CO., LTD, WUXI NEWTECH ELCTRIC MOTOR CO., LTD and XIN JIANG MME ELECTRIC JOINT-STOCK CO., LTD.
Over 20% of the exhibitors will be local companies and branches in Uzbekistan, such as ALSTOM HOLDING, IDS BUSINESS GROUP, LAN ELEKTRO DISTRIBUTION, MEGA-ELECTRO, UNIEQ ENERGY, UZ-HELAMIN and ASIA ENERGOMERA, specialising in the production of high voltage transformer substation and electrical engineering products.
There will also a significant number of companies from the Republic of Korea, Turkey and France. The testing and metering systems section will have a large display from Kazakhstani companies.
The business programme will include a series of seminars, which will start on the 14th of May in the Atrium Congress Hall, Uzexpocentre National Exhibition Complex. The main subject under discussion will be “Power 2014: New Developments, Solutions and Prospects”. The seminars will include presentations on current issues in the improvement of energy use, modernisation of existing power stations and many other important subjects.
Power Uzbekistan 2014 will yet again demonstrate opportunities and prospects for development in important industries such as energy, electrical engineering, coal mining and industrial construction which are vitally important in the economy of Uzbekistan.
