Premiere of documentary films

Premiere of documentary films “Komiljon Otaniyozov”, Kinomusavvir” (Cinema artist) and “Sayyid Rizo Alizoda”, created by “Hujjatli filmlar” (Documentary films) state unitary enterprise by the order of Uzbekkino National Agency was held at the Cinema Palace named after Alisher Navoi in Tashkent.

The event was attended by film critics, directors, journalists and spectators.

The first documentary film was “Komiljon Otaniyozov”. This film, created by director A. Mingnarov, by scenario of S. Begmatov, is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the people’s artist of Uzbekistan, Karakalpakstan and Turkmenistan K.Otaniyozov.

Documentary film “Kinomussavir” (Cinema artist) tells about artists who left their mark in the history of Uzbek cinema – V. Yeremyan, E. Kalantarova, N. Rakhimboyev, B. Nazarov, R. Tumankov, S.Ziyomukhammedov, V.Sinchenko. The scriptwriter of 13-minute film is Z. Yuldasheva and film director is J. Pulatova.

“Sayyid Rizo Alizoda” – 26-minute film, is dedicated to the 130th anniversary of Samarkand thinker, scholar-encyclopedist Said Rizo Alizoda, who knows 14 languages. The scriptwriter of the film is S. Umirov and film director is M. Odilov.

The films were warmly welcomed by specialists and audience.
