President Shavkat Mirziyoyev got acquainted with the project of creating “Navruz” park of culture and recreation in Tashkent

This was reported by the Press Service of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

All the objects in the park, built along the Ankhor channel, embody the national values of people of Uzbekistan. An amphitheater for conducting solemn events in connection with Navruz holiday and other cultural events, workshops, terraces, teahouses, generally – an ethnographic town will be built in the park.

Navruz is a holiday, which embodies all the features of culture and traditions of our people. This park should serve to exalt this rich national heritage, said the President. It should become a place of attraction for tourists who should feel like they were in one of the makhallas of Uzbekistan. Each building, every event held here should contribute to educating youth in the spirit of love for the Motherland, respect for national values and traditions.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev gave recommendations and instructions on further development of projects, celebrating Navruz in the form of national festivities.
