Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Emomali Rahmon visited the Amir Temur mausoleum. Surahs from the Quran were read in memory of Sahibqiran. This was reported by the Press Service of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
As it is known, Amir Temur conquered dozens of countries in our region and created a huge empire. It included neighboring countries, including the territory of modern Tajikistan. Therefore, the personality of Sahibqiran is an integral part of the common history of our people.
The guests were informed about the life of Amir Temur, and construction of this mausoleum.
The President of Tajikistan noted that he learned a lot about Amir Temur and the Temurids history.
