Results of provided opportunities can be seen in the activity of the capital joint venture “Osiyo battery”. The company, founded in 2000, produces modern polyvinyl chloride and polypropylene plastic pipes and fittings for hot and cold water, heating and sewage systems.
In 2008, the company produced fifty types of products. A result of study the market requirements, the introduction of the latest innovations in production and strengthening contacts with partners, currently the production of more than 300 types of goods is mastered.
According to the experts of the enterprise, different types of auxiliary materials are required for the manufacture of pipes and fittings. Its import increases production costs. As a result of the introduction of localization program on the enterprise, necessity to import raw materials eliminated.
The company is equipped with 15 modern machine tools. In recent years, the volume of production increased and manufacturing of modern products to order established. Currently, it is planned to purchase another 6 machine tools and new equipment for the production of roofing material.
The company’s products are in demand not only in domestic but also in foreign markets. In the past five years, the company has exported products worth 5 million US dollars.
Currently, the joint venture employs 57 people. Most of them – graduates of professional colleges.
