People’s artist of Uzbekistan Ramiz Usmanov took part in “Stars of Romansiada” gala concert that was recently held at the State Kremlin Palace in Moscow.
Famous Spanish opera singer Jose Carreras called the soloist from Uzbekistan “the most beautiful voice of our time”. Ramiz’s performance on the stage in Kremlin was accompanied by stormy ovations of the audience, who did not want to let go Uzbekistan’s famous tenor of the stage.
Ramiz Usmanov has many pleasant memories with the international competition of the Russian romance “Romansiada”. In 2008, he won the first prize at the regional competition “Romansiada – 2008” in Shymkent, Kazakhstan and the second prize at the international competition “Romansiada – 2008” in Moscow.
On a festive musical evening, Ramiz performed the famous aria of Kalaf from the opera “Turandot” by G.Puccini. In addition, Ramiz Usmanov and the famous tenor from Belarus Vladimir Dmitruk performed Russian folk songs.
In 2010, Ramiz won the first prize and the title of “The best tenor of the competition” at the international competition of vocalists named Bul-Bul in Azerbaijan. In 2012, he won the Grand Prix at the B.Tulegenova competition in Kazakhstan, and in 2013 took the second place at the international competition “Competizione dell`Opera” in Austria.
