On June 20, 2018, a conference on “Tourists’ insurance and their property” was held at Hamkor business center. The conference was held by the staff of Uzbekinvest National Export-Import Insurance Company jointly with Samarkand Regional Tourism Development Department.
As reported by the Press Service of the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, representatives of travel companies and hotels of Samarkand took part at the event. Issues such as insurance of responsibility of subjects of tourism activity before foreign tourists, comprehensive hospitality insurance, civil liability insurance of tourists, insurance of tourists’ luggage from loss or damage, “Yosh sayohatchi” (“Young traveler”) – children’s insurance against accidents were discussed.
