A scientific-practical conference, dedicated to improvement of prevention and treatment of coronary heart diseases, was held in Jizzakh.
The event, organized by the Republican Center of Cardiology, Jizzakh region’s governorate and regional health department, was attended by specialists of the sphere, cardiologists of district and city hospitals.
Reports of leading specialists of the center on modern methods of diagnostics, prevention and treatment of coronary heart diseases applied in Uzbekistan and abroad were heard.
At the event, special attention was given to issues of improving effectiveness of prevention and early diagnosis of such diseases in rural health centers and family clinics. It was emphasized that doctors of the Republican Specialized Center of Cardiology are travelling to the region and providing practical assistance in treatment of heart diseases and application of advanced methods of diagnostics.
Within the framework of the conference, Director of the Republican Specialized Center of Cardiology R.Kurbonov held a master-class for cardiologists of the region. Specialists of the center and doctors of the region conducted medical examination of residents of Manas village of Dustlik district, during which patients were given necessary advices and recommendations.
