A project on strengthening cooperation in culture and art to preserve and develop cultural diversity in separate regions of Uzbekistan completed in Nukus. It was organized by Goethe Institute.
International experts in cooperation with Ministry of Culture and Sport of Uzbekistan and OXUS Culture held seminars on management in culture sphere for specialists of the state sector from such cities as Termez, Shakhrisabz, Qoqand, Andijan and Nukus.
The seminars were aimed at familiarizing specialists of Uzbekistan with modern methods of management and organization of experimental joint projects. They were also directed at developing activities of cultural institutions – theatres, museums, galleries and promoting and protecting cultural traditions of the regions.
Expereinced managers in culture sphere of OXUS Culture Husniddin Ato and Sardor Gaziev conducted the seminars.
Husniddin Ato, head of the project and manager in culture sphere, said that the role of specialists is important in preserving and popularizing rich cultural heritage. He said that the project was aimed at familiarizing specialists with advanced and modern technologies in culture sphere, developing efficient and joint projects in this direction.
Sardor Gaziev, manager in culture sphere, noted that the seminars within the project were organized in interactive methods and theoretical knowledge were strengthened with practical lessons and modeling. The participants searched foundation for the projects, planning and analyzing the project.
