At the 10th Congress of the Movement of Entrepreneurs and Businesspeople – the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, the issue of nominating a candidate for President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from the party was considered.
According to Article 64 of the Electoral Code, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev, born in 1957, who lives in Tashkent, is nominated as a candidate for President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from the Liberal Democratic Party. The delegates unanimously approved the candidate. Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan Aktam Khayitov wished the candidate good luck in the upcoming elections.
