Success of our young tennis players

At the prestigious competition held by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) in Kazakhstan, our young athletes are gaining recognition for their striking game.

In the first round of the tournament, held among youths in the city of Aktobe, our tennis player Faiziev Sanjar defeated Nino Serdarusich from Croatia with a score of 7:6, 4:6, 6:3 in the second round will be facing off with Hin Zhao from China.

In the women’s tournament in Astana defend the honor of our country’s such young tennis players as Albina Khabibulina, Guzal Yusupova, Arina Foltz also won.

In the first round A.Habibulina in each of the two sets won over Anastasia Saitova from Russia with a score of 6:2. Now she will play with the tennis player from Russia, Alexander Pospelova.

In doubles Guzal Yusupova and Guzal Aynitdinova from Kazakhstan won the tournament hosts Darya Detkovskaya and Kamilla Bulatova with a score of 6:0, 7:6, Arina Foltz and Margarita Lazareva from Russia prevailed over Julia Brizgalova and Alexandra Pospelova from Russia with a score of 6:3, 7:5.

In the quarterfinals G.Yusupova and G.Aynitdinova will compete with Alexandra Grinchishina from Kazakhstan and Erica Wogelsang from Holland, while A.Folts and M.Lazareva to meet with Anastasia Nefedova and Alina Silich from Russia.
