Delegation led by the mayor of Budapest, Istvan Tarlos, arrived in Uzbekistan. The first event within the framework of the visit was held in the Palace of Symposiums, in Tashkent.
Meeting of the acting khokim of the city of Tashkent, Jakhongir Ortikhujayev, responsible employees of the khokimiyat with representatives of the Hungarian delegation took place here. Memorandum of cooperation was signed between the cities of Tashkent and Budapest. The document focuses on a number of issues on improving the infrastructure, development of socio-economic, trade, business, spiritual and educational, tourism spheres.
The delegation of Budapest will hold a number of meetings at the ministries, banks, business entities of Uzbekistan, become acquainted with sights of Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara.
