President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed a decree on the termination of the state of emergency on the territory of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, introduced by the decree of the Head of the state of July 2, 2022, from 05:00 on July 21, 2022.
“Taking into account the appeal of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan on the early termination of the state of emergency, and taking into account that public order has been restored on the territory of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and, thanks to the measures taken, the safety of citizens, the protection of their rights and freedoms have been ensured”, the document says.
