Time magazine has published a list of the 50 world’s greatest places, including Uzbekistan.
“New projects and openings let international travelers more easily explore the Central Asian country”, the American magazine writes.
The magazine also informs readers about the opening this fall of the Silk Road Samarkand complex, spread over 640 acres and incorporating Samarkand Rowing Canal, where the 22-storey Samarkand Regency Amir Temur, included in the list of the Leading Hotels of the World, and seven other hotels will be located.
It is reported that this fall, Uzbekistan will host the first Silk Road Literary Festival.
