Presidential Decree of 15 May 2015 amended the procedure for conducting inspections of micro, small businesses and farms, according www.norma.uz.
According to the document before July 1, 2015 based on the existing Uniform call center “Uzbektelecom” and “helpline” the General Prosecutor’s Office system will be established around the clock receiving complaints of small businesses and private entrepreneurship.
Among her responsibilities will include consideration of the undue interference of government, law enforcement and regulatory agencies in their activities, obstruction and violation of business owners’ rights, the adoption of the legislation envisaged sanctions on those responsible for violations of the law on guarantees of freedom of entrepreneurial activity.
