The total volume of trades made in the electronic auction of UZEX in April of the current year amounted to 1.2 trillion soums, 19.3% up year-on-year. The growth was observed on all trading platforms of the exchange.
Goods worth 902,3 billion soums were sold through all platforms, while in April last year this figure was 747.6 billion soums. Despite the sales growth, the share of construction materials decreased from 30% to 25%, while the share of non-ferrous metals in the structure of goods sold has instead increased from 8% to 15%. The rest of the commodity groups retained their positions.
The total volume of deals concluded with participation of small business and private entrepreneurship entities made up 813,3 billion soums, which is 19.5% more than in the same period of 2016.
