Tourism potential of Uzbekistan has been presented in China

A few days ago in the Chinese city of Urumqi (Xinjiang-Uighur Autonomous Region) hosted the International Festival of Tourism and Trade. More than a thousand of companies and Chinese companies in Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Russia and other countries took part in it.

Uzbekistan was presented by the Consulate General of our country in China, companies Aspan Tour and Abda Travel, who organized and decorated a national stand colorfully. Visitors were provided with detailed information about the development of travel industry in the country, which is carried out in the field of large-scale reforms. – In recent years, China has been steadily growing interest in your country, situated at the crossroads of the Silk Road and has an ancient history. Such splendid cities such as Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva, Shakhrisabz, Termez and others always were the jewel of eastern architecture, attracting the eyes of visitors fr om distant lands. We intend to significantly expand tourist exchanges with Uzbekistan, the source said.

In turn, the president of the Alliance of Xinjiang Dean Jhinchzhen tourism industry praised the modern tourist infrastructure of Uzbekistan, noting construction over years of independence, a large number of hotels, restaurants and other facilities, is wh ere guests first class service. According to him, undertaken measures on development of the hospitality industry will help to increase the flow of tourists.

Editor of “Kontimost” magazine Yao Chin recalled that in 2010 Uzbekistan granted the status of tourist destination country for group travel of Chinese citizens. This, she believes, opens up new possibilities for increasing numbers of tourists to the country.

– Participation in events such as today’s festival, will serve the Chinese public acquaintance with ancient history and modern development of Uzbekistan, obtain information about the proposed to packages. For his part, Chinese companies are actively participating in trade fairs and forums held in your country. This year, companies and tour operators will present their services at the Tashkent International Tourism Fair, which is traditionally held in the fall, the journalist said.
