Practicing cardiologists of the clinic of Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute and Ferghana Regional Children’s Diversified Medical Center of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan have been trained at the Center for Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery Ministry of Health at the initiative of the diplomatic mission of our country in Kiev.
As part of the internship, Uzbek specialists got acquainted with the structure of the center, they were admitted to the inspection of patients with complications and participated in complex operations of patients with congenital heart disease.
At the end of the internship director of the Center for Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery of Ukraine Illia Yemets, expressing readiness to continue fruitful cooperation with Uzbek specialists in the practice of medicine, noted good training and a high level of knowledge of cardiac surgeons of Uzbekistan who took part in the performance of complex operations. According to him, they have mastered the new procedures with the use of modern methods of surgery.
Trained doctors were awarded certificates. Parties agreed to continue cooperation and exchange of scientific experience.
