Uzbek, Saudi Justice Ministries to sign memorandum of understanding

Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia are planning to sign a memorandum of understanding between ministries of justice of two states.

A delegation of Ministry of Justice of Saudi Arabia arrived in Uzbekistan on 30 May. Deputy Justice Minister Yusuf bin Abdulaziz Al-Farraj heads the delegation.

Minister of Justice of Uzbekistan Muzraf Ikramov received the delegation. He briefed the Saudi Arabian officials on reforms in Uzbekistan and development of cooperation between two states in various areas, including trade, economy, science, sport, etc.

Saudi delegation familiarized with the national legal system of Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, the sides considered a draft memorandum of cooperation between justice ministries of Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia. The sides approved the draft document.

After the talks, the sides signed a protocol on agreement on discussion of the draft memorandum of understanding between ministries of justice of two states.
