Uzbekistan’s athletes are successfully participating in the third Asian Para Games, in the Indonesian city of Jakarta.
On October 9, Uzbekistan’s Paralympians took part in competitions in athletics, swimming and judo, winning 5 gold, 4 silver, and 1 bronze medals.
At the competitions held on October 10, the country’s athlete Temurbek Giyosov brought another gold medal to the national team. He recorded the best result in the high jump.
