“Uzbekistan pochtasi” put into circulation stamps of a new series

uzbekistan_pochtasiFrom January 22, 2015 Joint Stock Company “Uzbekistan pochtasi” put into circulation stamps of a special issue of series “Regions. Namangan region” and “Tashkent Zoo”.

A series of postage stamps “Regions. Namangan region” is made in the form of coupling. The series consists of 2 stamps with transitional coupon. The sights of Namangan region are illustrated on postage stamps. A map of Namangan region with the year of formation, area, population and regional center is depicted on the coupon.

Multicolored stamps. Offset printing. Plicate perforation of stamps. Size of stamps 42×30 mm. Circulation 10 thousand copies.

Identification numbers are assigned to stamps and the following values are set:

1102. Alohon Mahsuma’s Jomah Mosque (Kasansai district)

A series of “Tashkent Zoo” consists of 3 stamps and 1postal bloc. Animals living in the Tashkent zoo are illustrated on postage stamps. Animal names are written in Latin.

There is an inscription “Tashkent Zoo” in the Uzbek language in the Latin alphabet on the postal block. Postage stamps and a postal bloc are multicolored. Offset printing. Plicate perforation of stamps. Size of stamps is 42×30 mm. The size of the post block is 110×80 mm. The size of a postage in a stamp block is 30×42 mm.
