JSC UzTrade signed contracts worth over $2 million following the results of the international exhibition YARN EXPO, held in the Chinese city of Shanghai in mid-March. This was reported by the Ministry for Foreign Trade.
Within the framework of the exhibition, representatives of JSC UzTrade held negotiations with leading companies of China in the textile industry, in particular, with Xiamen Itg Tidak Bonded Logistics Co., Ltd, Tianjin Textile Industrial Supply and Sale Co., Ltd and China Chengtong International Co., Ltd, concerning expansion of supplies of Uzbekistan’s textile products to the Chinese market.
In order to strengthen the position of Uzbekistan’s products in this region, UzTrade together with Chinese partners is considering the issue of creating a joint Trade House in Shanghai this year.
