As part of Youth Week being conducted by the Navoi regional council of the Uzbekistan youth union, a job fair has been arranged in the town of Navoi. 60 enterprises and establishments took part in the job fair with 332 vacancies.
In the past period of this year, 38 such fairs were conducted in this region. Enterprises and establishments offered 1715 jobs, and 1443 people got jobs. 66 more people were provided with permanent jobs at this job fair.
“At today’s job fair, I got a document for job placement at the Navoi neft mahsulotlari (Navoi oil products) unitary enterprise. I’m glad about its pay,” says Iskandar Doniyorov.
Sherzod and Dilshod Sodiqovs from the town of Navoi also found jobs at the fair. They will be working at a workshop that produces yarn from artificial fibre.
Sarvinoz Adizova moved here from Bukhara region. Her husband is a military serviceman. She was unemployed temporarily. At today’s job fair, she got a job as seamstress at the Sevara tekstil LLC.
